No. Pawdex is built in Cebu but works anywhere in the Philippines (and technically anywhere with a phone). Currently most of our pet businesses are in the Cebu/Visayas area — we're growing nationwide.
Pawdex won't force you to migrate. Many shops run both for a while — keep your current system, run Pawdex in parallel to test it. Or use Pawdex just for the public booking page and keep your existing back-office. We're flexible.
