Pawdex
Lost & Looking

We hope you never need this page.

If you're here looking for a missing pet, take a breath. Every shared post brings someone closer to home. Here are pets currently looking for their family — please share, and if you've seen one, contact the owner from their passport.

No lost pets right now.

Every Pawdex pet is currently home safe. That's exactly what we want — and we hope it stays this way.

How this page works

What do I do if I find a lost pet?

Check the pet's collar for a Pawdex QR code or any tag with contact info. If there's a Pawdex QR, scan it with your phone camera — you'll see the owner's contact info on the passport page. If there's no tag, take the pet somewhere safe, post on community Facebook groups for your barangay, and try the nearest vet clinic — they often have lost-and-found networks.

How do I get my pet listed here?

Sign up for Pawdex, register your pet, and add an emergency contact phone number. If your pet ever goes missing, open their profile in your dashboard and flip on Lost Mode. Your pet shows up here within minutes, with their photo and your contact info. The QR on their collar also displays a red LOST banner.

How do scan notifications work?

Once Lost Mode is on, every time someone scans your pet's QR code we send you an email with the rough location (city or region from the network). It's rate-limited to one email per hour per pet, up to 5 per day, so you're not spammed.

When do I mark my pet as found?

The moment they're home safe. From your pet's profile, tap "Mark as Found" — the red LOST banner comes off the passport, and the pet is removed from this page. Scan notifications stop.

I see a pet here who looks like one I've seen — what now?

Tap the pet's name to view their public passport. The owner's emergency contact number is shown right at the top with a Call button. Call or text them directly. Every lead matters.
